Mr. Vinayak Parashar, a graduate from IIM Ahmedabad(2006)brings contemporary management ideas to Riken.
Mr. Rakesh Sharma, a St. Xavier’s Calcutta graduate(1976), is the entrepreneur behind Riken .
His vision and conviction in technology manufacturing has grown the company to its around 150 employee strong presence all over India. With continuing education at IIM Calcutta, Mr. Sharma has ensured contemporary ideas to be implemented in research, systems and processes in the organization.
Mrs. Shashi Sharma, a graduate from the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology(1977) has been the technical pillar of Riken Instrumentation Limited.
